How to cancel Skillshare

Before you cancel

• There's no fixed contract, so you can cancel anytime. Your access simply runs to the end of the period you've paid for.
• Expect to be offered a retention discount or loyalty deal to make you stay. If you're sure you want to cancel, stand your ground.
• There may be a notice period, so you can be billed for a short while after you ask to leave. Cancel as early as you can.
• If you subscribed through Apple, Google or another provider, you must cancel with them, not Skillshare directly.
• Get a confirmation (on-screen or by email) and keep it as proof of the date you cancelled.

How to cancel Skillshare, step by step

1. Go to skillshare.com and sign in, then open 'Account settings' (tap your profile icon first on mobile web).
2. Select 'Membership & Payments' from the left menu.
3. Click 'Cancel membership'.
4. Follow the prompts to confirm.
5. Cancelling stops the next charge. You keep access to what you've paid for until the end of the current billing period.

Early-exit charge

None. NO refunds on renewals or on payments after a 14-day+ free trial. 7-day-trial charges refundable only if you contact support within 48h (and haven't used it). EU/UK cooling-off and SEPA (8-week) refund rights apply.
