How to cancel NOW (Sky)
A clear, step-by-step guide to cancelling your NOW (Sky) Streaming, plus the things worth checking before you leave.
Before you cancel
- There's no fixed contract, so you can cancel anytime. Your access simply runs to the end of the period you've paid for.
- Expect to be offered a retention discount or loyalty deal to make you stay. If you're sure you want to cancel, stand your ground.
- There may be a notice period, so you can be billed for a short while after you ask to leave. Cancel as early as you can.
- If you subscribed through Apple, Google or another provider, you must cancel with them, not NOW (Sky) directly.
- Get a confirmation (on-screen or by email) and keep it as proof of the date you cancelled.
How to cancel NOW (Sky), step by step
- Go to nowtv.com and sign in to My Account (use a desktop, laptop or tablet, not the NOW app, which cannot cancel).
- Open 'Membership & Payment'.
- Select the membership or viewing experience you want to cancel (Entertainment, Cinema, Sports, etc.).
- Click 'Cancel membership' (or 'Cancel viewing experience') and follow the onscreen steps.
- Confirmation arrives within about 3 hours; you keep access until your next payment date.

Notice, fees & cooling-off
- Notice period
- Fully Flexible monthly: cancel anytime, watch to end of current 30-day period. Sports Day pass: auto-ends after 24h. Saver/minimum-term plans: cancellation only takes effect at end of the minimum term.
- Early-exit charge
- None; no refunds for the current period. On a Saver minimum-term plan you keep paying the remaining monthly instalments until the term ends.
