How to cancel NOW (Sky)

Before you cancel

• There's no fixed contract, so you can cancel anytime. Your access simply runs to the end of the period you've paid for.
• Expect to be offered a retention discount or loyalty deal to make you stay. If you're sure you want to cancel, stand your ground.
• There may be a notice period, so you can be billed for a short while after you ask to leave. Cancel as early as you can.
• If you subscribed through Apple, Google or another provider, you must cancel with them, not NOW (Sky) directly.
• Get a confirmation (on-screen or by email) and keep it as proof of the date you cancelled.

How to cancel NOW (Sky), step by step

1. Go to nowtv.com and sign in to My Account (use a desktop, laptop or tablet, not the NOW app, which cannot cancel).
2. Open 'Membership & Payment'.
3. Select the membership or viewing experience you want to cancel (Entertainment, Cinema, Sports, etc.).
4. Click 'Cancel membership' (or 'Cancel viewing experience') and follow the onscreen steps.
5. Confirmation arrives within about 3 hours; you keep access until your next payment date.

Notice period

Fully Flexible monthly: cancel anytime, watch to end of current 30-day period. Sports Day pass: auto-ends after 24h. Saver/minimum-term plans: cancellation only takes effect at end of the minimum term.

Early-exit charge

None; no refunds for the current period. On a Saver minimum-term plan you keep paying the remaining monthly instalments until the term ends.
