How to cancel Deliveroo Plus

A clear, step-by-step guide to cancelling your Deliveroo Plus membership, plus the things worth checking before you leave.

Before you cancel

  • There's no fixed contract, so you can cancel anytime. Your access simply runs to the end of the period you've paid for.
  • Expect to be offered a retention discount or loyalty deal to make you stay. If you're sure you want to cancel, stand your ground.
  • Cancel before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for another period.
  • If you subscribed through Apple, Google or another provider, you must cancel with them, not Deliveroo Plus directly.
  • Get a confirmation (on-screen or by email) and keep it as proof of the date you cancelled.

How to cancel Deliveroo Plus, step by step

  1. Open the Deliveroo app or website (deliveroo.co.uk) and log in.
  2. Go to 'Account', then select 'Deliveroo Plus'.
  3. Select 'My Subscription'.
  4. Choose the cancellation option and follow the on-screen prompts to confirm.
  5. You keep Plus perks until the end of the current billing cycle. Check your email for a cancellation confirmation.
