How to cancel Crunchyroll

A clear, step-by-step guide to cancelling your Crunchyroll Streaming, plus the things worth checking before you leave.

Before you cancel

There's no fixed contract, so you can cancel anytime. Your access simply runs to the end of the period you've paid for.
Expect to be offered a retention discount or loyalty deal to make you stay. If you're sure you want to cancel, stand your ground.
Cancel before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for another period.
If you subscribed through Apple, Google or another provider, you must cancel with them, not Crunchyroll directly.
Get a confirmation (on-screen or by email) and keep it as proof of the date you cancelled.

Go to crunchyroll.com in a web browser and log in, then select your profile if you use more than one.
Click your profile icon, then go to 'Settings', then 'Membership Info'.
Select 'Cancel Membership'.
You can share a cancellation reason then click 'Submit and exit', or click 'Skip and exit' to finish without giving one.
You keep all Premium perks until your membership expires at the end of the current billing period.
